Your days will include:

• Providing superior customer service by managing a variety of different accounts and understanding each customer’s shipment requirements
• Ensuring timely order entry
• Responding to customers quickly and accurately
• Managing multiple orders while working with various departments
• Assisting the sales team with specific sales for domestic markets
• Managing information for daily and weekly sales and customer service reports
• Supporting the sales team

To succeed in this role, you possess:

• Passionate about building strong customer relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
