Our client is looking for a permanent full time manager for a 5500-sow farm. This is a senior leadership position with a competitive compensation package. The successful candidate will have pork production experience and a proven record of strong leadership. They will also possess the desire to continually improve.

Key features of this role:

• Oversees all training, delegation, scheduling of staff
• Works under pressure, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Communicates with stakeholders as required
• Manages and troubleshoots production
• Maintains the facility/requests outside contractors as needed
• Accountable for all day-to-day operations
