Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of Information Systems Student for May – August 2023, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. This opportunity is located in the community of Neepawa.
Your days will include:
• Work closely with the IT team
• Assisting with help desk requests and setting up technology for new users
• Troubleshoot software programs and perform upgrades
• Providing first-level support to all HyLife staff for end-user-related technology, including technical advice and assistance
• Triaging requests to appropriate resources
• Recording, updating, and tracking support tickets in the service management tool
• Ensuring strong communication both internally within IT and with requestors
To succeed in this role, you need to possess:
• Are attending University or College for Information Tech or Computer Science
• Have a basic understanding of back office for Software
• Are eager to learn
• Are willing to contribute and be a part of the team
