Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of Return to Work Coordinator (12 month term) reporting to the Senior HR Manager, located in the community of Neepawa, MB.

Your days will include:

• Acts as the main point of contact for supervisors and employees regarding occupational illness and injury claims
• Submit employer reports electronically through the WCB website portal.
• Liaise with WCB and medical providers to ensure appropriate programming for all employee’s on RTW or modified duties
• Collaborate on injury reduction initiatives and strategies
• Assist with preparing reviews and/or appeals
• Track and report metrics

To succeed in this role, you possess:

• Grade 12 preferred
• College Diploma in business or office admin preferred
• Disability Management an asset
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with medical terminology would be an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with people
• Demonstrate priority setting and customer service skills
• Reliability and time management skills
• Above average organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
