Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of Accounts Receivable Clerk, reporting to the Accounting Supervisor. This opportunity is located in the community of Neepawa, MB.

Your days will include:

• Prepare daily and weekly accounts receivable reports.
• Prepare reports on customer credit.
• Review invoicing to customers to ensure accuracy.
• Update and maintain customer accounts.
• Assist on processing customer claims, enter and submit customer credits.
• Prepare and submit miscellaneous non-product related invoices.

To succeed in this role, you possess:

• Business Admin Certificate (preferable)
• Accounting/bookkeeping experience (preferable)
• Office admin experience (preferable)
• Ability to apply accounting solutions to business challenges
• Advanced computer skills with accounting & MS software
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to change tasks promptly, ability to analyze data, ability to pull together information for ad hoc projects
