Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of Sales Coordinator located in the community of Neepawa, MB. Qualified candidate may potentially work out of the Windom, MN location.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Managing customer purchase orders
• Follow up with planning for order fulfillment, logistics for on-time deliveries, and production for spec & quantity
• Offer solutions to service issues
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Internal communication with various departments, gathering data, and preparing plan of action
• Monitor and tracking of customer claims
• Complete service challenge reports and credits memos, gather supporting data and documentation
• Support fresh sales team with opportunity products to sell
• Provide detailed information on available products
• Manage Bi-Annual Employee Orders
• Manage local distribution accounts
• Provide pricing and availability of products
• Discuss opportunities and understand customer needs to further strengthen HyLife’s current relationships
• On-call rotation for weekends
• Any other duties or projects assigned by the Account Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Business Administration would be an asset but not required
• 1-2 years in an administrative role is an asset but not necessary
• Able to perform in an office environment is a team player, and able to multi-task
• Detail-oriented
• Work independently with limited supervision
• Must be organized, proficient in multi-tasking, able to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills, intermediate excel is a must
• Has initiative and is results-oriented with attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service
