Your days will include:
• Shadowing the Procurement team to gain insight and experience.
• Taking part in and leading various projects.
• Reviewing, testing, and refining Standard Operating Processes.
• Handling general office duties and administrative tasks, including filing, printing forms, scanning documents, and ordering supplies as needed.
• Verifying paperwork and archiving documents.
• Conducting reconciliations and addressing any discrepancies in reporting.
• Offering assistance and support to fellow Procurement team members.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
• Current enrollment in a university or college Business Admin or Supply Chain Management program.
• Eagerness to learn
• Interest in being an integral part of the team and making meaningful contributions
