Your days will include:
• Purchasing of maintenance and production supplies items for Procurement stores
• Sourcing and purchasing of parts for maintenance work orders, ensuring a high level of accuracy and timeliness
• Troubleshooting inventory shortages and recommending ways to adapt to the changing needs of our customers
• Attend daily Maintenance stand up meetings, be the point of contact for the two departments
• Lead projects as assigned by the supervisor
• Store support and customer service for internal and external customers
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
• College diploma or degree in Business Administration (an asset) and/or 3+ years of experience in Procurement
• Experience in purchasing and inventory management
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and email
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of ERP system
• Process and results-oriented
• Analytical capabilities
