Your days will include:
• Generate daily and weekly accounts receivable reports for accurate financial tracking.
• Compile reports on customer credit to support effective decision-making.
• Conduct thorough reviews of customer invoices to ensure precision and compliance.
• Maintain and update customer accounts with the utmost accuracy.
• Collaborate in processing customer claims, and enter and submit customer credits promptly.
• Prepare and submit various non-product-related invoices.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:
• Business Administration Certificate is preferred.
• Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is highly preferable.
• Office administration experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to apply accounting solutions to tackle business challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in advanced computer skills, including accounting software and Microsoft applications.
• Capability to thrive independently in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Strong communication skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to swiftly adapt to changing tasks and analyze data effectively.
• Aptitude for pulling together information for ad hoc projects.
