Your shifts will include:
• Engaging with employees through effective communication, fostering strong relationships, and promoting HyLife’s mission, vision, and values.
• Cultivating strong relationships with our team to foster innovative solutions; enhancing morale and retention.
• Representing "We Care" within the manufacturing plant, liaising with employees and leadership to identify areas for improvement.
• Supporting reporting to the leadership
• Elevating our employee experience by leveraging our reward programs to acknowledge and retain our top talent.
• Participating in community engagement initiatives and joining local events to foster positive relationships and promote HyLife’s values.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• College Diploma in Office Administration or a related field is an asset
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced working environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Must be able to work both day and evening shifts.
• Capability to collaborate effectively in teams and establish new connections.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and demands.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
