Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of Account Receivable Clerk, reporting to Accounting Supervisor, located in the community of Neepawa, MB.

Located: Neepawa, MB
Hours/Shifts: Monday - Friday; 8am - 4:30pm
Contract Hours:Hourly
Reports to:Accounting Supervisor
Work Environment: Office

SUMMARY:

To prepare daily and weekly accounts receivable reporting.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare daily and weekly accounts receivable reports.
• Prepare reports on customer credit.
• Review invoicing to customers to ensure accuracy.
• Update and maintain customer accounts.
• Assist on processing customer claims, enter and submit customer credits.
• Prepare and submit miscellaneous non-product related invoices.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & TRAINING:

• Grade 12

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCES:

• Ability to apply accounting solutions to business challenges.
• Advanced computer skills with accounting, manufacturing, & MS software.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to change tasks promptly, ability to analyze data, ability to pull together information for ad hoc projects.
• Experience in an accounting and administrative capacity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
