This opportunity is located in the community of Neepawa, MB.
Your days will include:
• Building relationships with peers and departmental leaders
• Recommending & developing strategies
• Mentor and support direct reports
• Forecast & replenish supply requirements
• Identify potential inventory risks and prevent shortages
• Ensure Purchase Orders are placed and schedule shipments
• Meet with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Work in coordination with all departments on packaging needs
• Collaborate with Inventory team with problems that occur
To succeed in this role, you possess:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain Management an asset
• 2 years in either accounting, purchasing, or logistics
• Effective communication skills
• Experience in customer service and teamwork
• A passion for leading teams
